Firm Profile

Livings, Lankford, Lambert & Co., P.C. was formed on August 1, 1986, by John P. Livings, Terrell G. Lankford, and F. Chan Lambert.  All of the principals were currently in the field of public accounting, but had a collective vision.  That vision was one of providing the highest level of personal service to the small business client and individual.  We sought to be our client's "Business Partner".  Our vision has not changed and we have become successful "Business Partners" with a diverse range of clients.  Our clients include businesses in health care services, retail and wholesale sales, construction, real estate, nonprofit and manufacturing.

Livings, Lankford, Lambert & Co., P.C. has remained in the forefront of technology in the accounting business.  Our bookkeeping software, Client Bookkeeping Solutions, has allowed us to be a "Virtual CPA" to our clients.  The effect has been to extend our potential geographic accounting service area to one with few boundaries.

Our firm is selective.  Businesses and individuals become our clients because we believe that we can make a difference in their business.  We want to be their "Business Partner" and assist them in becoming successful.  We welcome the opportunity to discuss with you our business abilities.

The primary goal of Livings, Lankford, Lambert & Co., P.C. is to provide you, our clients with the best CPA services we can. As you know, a part of this goal has always been a committment to protect your privacy. Due to the confidential nature of our work, we as CPAs are no longer required by law to inform our clients of our policies regarding privacy of client information as it is implied in the strict code of ethics that we are bound to. Therefore, we have and always will protect your rights to privacy.

We collect non-public personal information about you that is provided to us by you or obtained by us with your authorization.

Parties to Whom We Disclose Information

For current and former clients, we do not disclose any non-public personal information obtained in the course of our practice except as required or permitted by law. Permitted disclosures include, for instance, providing information to our employees, and in limited situations, to unrelated third parties who need to know certain information to assist us in providing services to you. In all such situations, we stess the confidential nature of information being shared.

Protecting the Confidentiality and Secuity of Current and Former Clients' Information

We retain records relating to the CPA professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard your non-public personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with the professional standards of the CPA industry.


Payment Information

When you provide a check as a payment, you authorize us to either use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.
